Following on from the announcement of the new travel fund for competitors called “SSA GO”, Speedway Sedans Australia are excited to confirm the continuation of the highly successful “Turn 2” funding program for a further three years.
Beginning in 2017 the Turn 2 funding program has benefitted many Speedway Sedans Australia affliated clubs and associations throughout the country allowing them to access grants to contribute to the successful running of events at their venues.
The initial three years of the the funding program saw $75,000 distrubuted, with the fund set to increase between now and 2023 with another $105,000 over that period to be allocated to affliated clubs and venues.
Applications to a maximum of $1000 are available to assist in funding for specific race meetings, function, series or club/track awards and promotional initiatives for Speedway Sedans Australia classes.
Funding applications for the 2020/2021 season will close with the SSA Office on the 30th August 2020, with all successful applicants notified no later than the 30th September 2020.
