Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway Management send their love and thoughts to the Willsher family on the sudden passing of Ken. Ken was a stalwart of Formula 500 racing not only in Victoria but throughout Australia. During his racing career he was a regular visitor to Tasmania and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The Laang Speedway Club were deeply sadden and shocked last night to hear that Ken Willsher had passed away.
Ken was a long time supporter of Laang Speedway, giving many many hours to the club in many different ways over numerous years, from being club President, Track Curator and much more.
Ken was honoured with a life membership a few years back to show how much the club appreciated his efforts throughout the years.
Without Ken, Laang Speedway would definitely not be where it is today. In the last couple of years Ken was a huge part of the land purchase being organised.
From all at Laang Speedway Club, we will miss you Ken, and we thank you endless devotion to the club. .
