INFORMATION – TICKETS

  • Where can I sit?

    An admission ticket allows access to all banks and grandstand seating. There is no reserved seating.
  • Where do I purchase tickets?
    Tickets are online or available at the front General Admission gates on race nights. EFTPOS facilities are available at the gate.
  • Can I enter the pits?

    Yes, pit tickets are available to purchase online or from the Pit Gate. For those without a Speedway Australia licence or Mechanics Insurance Card you will be required to purchase a Speedway Australia One Day Pit Licence. You must be over 16 years to enter the pit area (unless racing or hold a valid insurance card), be wearing enclosed footwear and not under the influence of alcohol.
  • What is the Concession Card Holders Policy?

    The BLUE pension card, SENIORS CARD, and STUDENT CARD allows you entry at the Concession price, the card must be shown to be given entry. NO CARD NO ENTRY AT THE CONCESSION PRICE.

    With a COMPANION CARD the holder of the concession card pays entry and the Companion is entitled to free entry so long as card is shown.

    HEALTH CARE CARDS are not accepted as a concession, so you pay the adult price.

  • Rainout Policy
    SHOULD RAIN FORCE CANCELLATION OF A MEETING BEFORE GATES ARE OPENED WE WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL AS OUR WEBSITE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONLINE TICKETS WILL BE REFUNDED NEXT DAYShould the meeting proceed and be weather affected the following rainout policy applies.A RAINOUT IS DEFINED AS EIGHT (8) EVENTS OR LESS BEING SUCCESSFULLY DECLARED COMPLETED.
    In the event of a declared rainout, Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway will honour rainchecks, but will not refund money – no exceptions.
    Your numbered ticket stub / email confirmation is your raincheck. Hold all original tickets. No replacements will be given for lost, or tampered tickets.

    Rainchecks will be honoured at any one (1) event (of equal or lesser value, not higher priced) at Cranes Combined Carrick Speedway in the same racing season. Not transferable to future seasons.

    How to use a Rain Out ticket:
    Choose an “equal or lesser priced” event, from our current season calendar. Present your Ticket / Email confirmation to the cashier. The cashier will check your numbered ticket stub for validity. If valid, you will be provided with a new ticket.

  • Safety 
    Ticket and credential holders are reminded that Speedway Racing is dangerous and accidents can happen. All care is taken to protect you but you are warned that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death, or property damage. By the issue of your ticket or credential to you, you hereby acknowledge that the entry to the speedway grounds has a degree of danger and the promoter, clubs, corporations, organisations and persons having any connection with the promoting, organising and conduct of the event shall have no liability with regard to any rights you have arising under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
    Vehicles are permitted to enter and park on the condition that the owners and occupiers of the facility are not under any liability whether contract or in tort and whether for negligence or as an occupier or on any other basis or for any cause of action for loss of or damage to, the vehicle or its contents no matter how or where such may be cause.Tickets are online or available at the front General Admission gates on race nights. EFTPOS facilities are available at the gate.

IMPORTANT- COVID REGULATIONS

  • Check in TAS App  

    All patrons need to use the Check in TAS app on entry to our venues, regardless of how long you will be in the venue.

    You will be required to show the Green Tick to Security or COVID volunteers to prove your successful checked in including those traveling with you. If you are unable to check in, our Security or COVID volunteers will collect details and check in manually on paper or via the Check in TAS app.

    At all entry points Security or COVID volunteers will have a tablet setup with the Check in TAS app on it ready to enter details of people as required.
    Will the Check in QR CODE be published before the event?
    Yes – The QR Code will be published on the facebook page Saturday morning for you to be able to check in when you are lined up to enter the venue.
    We ask that you have the GREEN tick on your phone ready to show our Security or COVID volunteers. This will help speed the process of ensuring that all patrons have checked into the venue.

  • Face Mask Policy 

    Face Masks Required at our Events. **All patrons* are required to wear face masks at all events.
    This is for both indoors and outdoors. Each person is responsible for supplying their own fitted face mask while attending an event. The mask must be worn during the event, including while queuing for, or entering / exiting from the event.
    You do not have to wear a face mask while you’re sitting in your car watching the racing. However, the moment you step out of your car the face mask must be on.
    You need to be wearing a face mask while you are queuing to enter the Venues. This includes the wearing of masks while sitting in your vehicle queuing to enter the venue.
    Who is responsible for providing face masks?
    You – any person attending an event must bring a mask with them. Event organisers must inform patrons prior to the event that masks must be worn, and that the individual is responsible for providing their own mask.
    *Children aged under 12 years don’t need a mask
